Translate rider, safety and packaging needs into measurable requirements and design constraints.
Compare passive concepts through QFD and weighted evaluation before selecting the axial-spring stabilizer.
Resolve the cam profile, spring integration, interfaces and available steering-column package in SolidWorks.
Use MSC Adams to define motion and ANSYS static studies to review representative loads and stress concentration.
